As I mentioned in a few posts I had been playing a game called League of Legends. I found that like the very best of games it was occupying my thoughts even when I wasn’t playing. I looked clearly at the amount of time I had used on it. This was not the first time I felt regret. Last night I made a firm decision to uninstall it.
So my questions are:
1. How effective is going ‘cold turkey’ in combating an addiction?
2. What are some other ways to fight addiction?
